Georgette works closely with professionals, families and business owners to develop financial plans designed to help them meet their particular financial needs. To implement these plans, she uses a combination of financial protection and asset accumulation products such as life insurance, annuities and investments, as well as business, estate and retirement planning strategies. She can help clients set a course for financial security for themselves, their families and their businesses.   

 

Georgette began her career with AXA Advisors as a sales associate after receiving a bachelor’s degree in Economics and in Business from Boston University.  After just four years in the business, she was promoted to a divisional vice president, and in 2006 was promoted to her current position of Executive Vice President, responsible for the entire Connecticut operation.

 

Committed to professional education, Georgette has earned the advanced professional designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.  Georgette is also a proponent of education for clients.  She frequently conducts personal finance workshops with an emphasis on retirement and estate planning strategies for individuals, business owners and their employees.

 

Respected for her achievements, Georgette has received numerous management and sales honors including six National Leaders Corp Awards; two Distinguished Performance Awards; three President’s Cabinet Awards, and the industry’s Professional Growth Award.  Most recently, Georgette was presented with a 2008 Womens Leadership award from the African American Chamber of Commerce.  These honors recognize outstanding leadership, sales performance and client service.

 

Active in the industry, Georgette is a qualifying member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table, and serves on their Executive Sales Committee.  MDRT is an international professional association representing the top five percent of financial professionals worldwide. She is also a  board member of the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). Georgette is a recognized business leader and is active in numerous charitable and community organizations.

 

Georgette’s office is located in Stamford, Connecticut, and she resides in Westport, Connecticut with her husband, Walter, and their three children, Adam, Julia and Kate.
